The Cavmate has been Tested by engineers to support up to 23kN at a 100mm distance. However it is important to always follow an engineers guidelines when it comes to support.

Setting up a CavMate is extremely simple! you simply adjust the CavMate to the relevant size using a wrench or similar tool, insert the CavMate into the wall cavity, adjust up until it is tight and secure, and then proceed to install additional CavMates along the wall according to your Engineering specifications! When finished with the CavMates, simply safely remove and fill the gaps created with mortar.

Distances in courses between CavMates should always be recommended within Engineering specifications.
